Ecobank International Technology And Shared Service Centre.
The Centre is the technology and centralized processing hub of the Ecobank Group. Operating on a 24/7 basis, it provides:

  • Telecoms hub services
  • Website, intranet, email and videoconferencing services
  • Electronic switch and payment platforms supporting Internet banking, Cards, ATMs, PoS services
  • Contact centre services
  • Web-based learning and development services
  • Centralised processing including account services, credit processing and payment processing services.


BOT ENGINEERING COMPANY LIMITED was responsible for putting in place all the electrical installation for the centre.

The US$40 million International Technology and Shared Service Centre is part of the bank's long-term plan of developing the centre into a leading ICT Park in Africa.
